From a set I took a while ago that I was looking over recently and began to love.
Originally it didn't make the cut due to the fingerprint marks on the bulb. However, looking back on it these create a really nice texture to the whole image.
The whole idea was to light the bulb using natural light rather than electricity.

I can't explain it but like you said yourself the texture - lightning is superb.
